Workout with Jeremy

I'm slowly putting together a garage gym, and I think it would be fun to do partner workouts.  I'll post WODs on the blog as I plan them.  You can book them below.  Leave comments for WOD suggestions.

  • pairs of bumper plates: 45s, 25s, 10s, 5s
  • pull-up bar
  • rings
  • parallettes
  • 2 rx jump ropes
  • pvc pipe
  • green band
  • resistance bands: 2# - 50#
  • roller, lacrosse balls
